Well first it was my own fault for taking a ford to a Chevy dealership but the part that bothers me is the bill was 200 higher than quoted and I paid 1000 basically to find out I need a transmission. It seems like it should have been diagnosed first and I don't think it was. When asked if they scanned the car before they did all that work they said no.
